DHBNZ and CDHB are meeting with us on Wednesday at Hillmorton Hospital to make their offer to settle the NUPE Allied Health Mental Health Collective.
From informal discussions it appears that the offer will be as per the financial parameters that were offered to PSA and NZNO under DHBNZ “managed bargaining” but the form will be similar to PSA’s outcome. DHBNZ is checking to see that this offer is within financial parameters.
If so then the key elements will be:
- 24 month term
- One off pro-rated lump sum payment of $750 or 2% of salary whichever is larger for the first 12 months
- 2.5% pay increase to rates after 12 months
