Members and Delegate Training

NUPE provides delegate and member training about their roles, workplaces and collective agreements and bargaining both informally and formally across our various employer organizations. The union currently offers formal Employment Relations Education for members and delegates through a contract with the Department of Labour in a number of priority areas:

• Low wage carers in the NGO health sector
• Low waged administrative and clerical workers across the health sector
• Casualised, and low wage workers including clerical across the public sector
